No she is not. She is trained as a naturopathic doctor (which is not licensed in the state of Florida), she also is a Certified Natural Health practitioner, QRA specialist, Certified Microcurrent technician, Lifeforce Energy Healer IV, Licensed massage therapist MA 78403 in the state of Florida. Tracy practices as an ordained minister under the Pastoral Medical Association.
